On June 1, 2026, registration opens for "BRICS Inventions" International Online Competition, held under the patronage of the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA) at the initiative of representatives from leading BRICS countries.

The Competition is open to individual inventors and their teams who have obtained patents for their developments (or filed patent applications).

The submissions presented at BRICS Inventions will be evaluated by an authoritative International Jury, whose members have established themselves as top‑level experts in inventor events worldwide. The Jury is chaired by Mr. David Taji: President of the Jury for the International Exhibitions of Inventions Geneva, Inventions Hong Kong, International Inventions Fair of the Middle East, as well as Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Silicon Valley International Invention Festival.

Winners and prize‑recipients will receive BRICS Inventions medals, as well as cash prizes ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 CHF, with a total prize fund of 34,000 Swiss Francs this year.
